Shri Shivprasad Dave has been a devotee of P. Pu. Rang Avadhut Bapji for many years. His family has followed his footsteps. Shri Dave has always followed Divine teaching and messages of P. Pu. Bapji in his life. He has actually learned his professional subject Sanskrit from P. Pu. Bapji. Shivubhai, as his friends and families call him, has done M. A. B. Ed. in Sanskrit and had been a professor of the same at M. S. University of Baroda, India. He has written few books, most of them are dedicated to philosophy and history of Divine P. Pu. Datta Bhagwan and His Shishyas. His latest book is a translation of Shri Datta Puran which was originally written by P. Pu. Vasudevanand Swami maharaj, Divine Guru of P. Pu. Bapji.
Shivubhai is 78 years old, married to Suryaben, 75, and they have 4 sons and 1 daughter and 6 grandchildren.

(A) When Shivubhai had a fatal disease of liver, All Doctor (even the experts of this disease in Bombay like Dr. Minochar mody) had washed their hands and told that Shivubhai's case is fatal, This Great saint spoke “without my wish even the God of Death (i.e. YAMA) has no right to come near you !! “ This was His greatness.

(B) When He (This saint) had come to our house , Akshay, Shivubhai's son, was standing near his seat , He used to give me one panda (sweet) every time when some devotee come with sweet (panda) as prasad, as Akshay begged to him. Thus Akshay ate same 8-9 pandas .Shivubhai was worried as Akshay had already ate 9 (nine) pandas and so Akshay would fall ill. This great Saint (thought Shivubhai did not speak anything) said, “Don’t worry Shivabhai ! Your son will not be ill . These pandas would work miracle for Akshay !!”.

There are such innumerable examples that have taken place in Shivabhai's family.
